Mosach-Net mobile application, operated by Autopia Cloud Ltd.
This Privacy Policy explains how Autopia Cloud Ltd. ("Autopia Cloud", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Mosach-Net mobile application (the "App"). Mosach-Net is a business-to-business (B2B) platform used by automotive-glass and heavy-equipment service businesses ("Garages" or "Customers") to manage field work, service calls, inventory, time and attendance, and related operations.
The App is intended for use by authorized employees and staff of our Customers ("Users", "you"). It is not directed to the general public or to children.
For most operational data entered through the App, the Garage that employs you is the party that decides which data is processed, and Autopia Cloud acts as a service provider (data processor) on that Garage's behalf. For account, authentication, and security data required to operate the App itself, Autopia Cloud acts as the controller. If you have questions about how your employer uses your data, please contact your Garage directly.
We collect only the information needed to provide the App's functionality. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, and we do not sell personal data.

We do not collect mailing addresses, financial or payment information, contacts, browsing history, or advertising identifiers through the App.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
If you use the App as a field technician / installer, the App collects your device's precise location (GPS) continuously while you are on a work shift — including when the App is in the background or the device screen is off. This is done through an Android foreground service (indicated by a persistent notification) so that your employing Garage's dispatch center can see your real-time location, route you to the nearest service call, and document your daily work route.
Before any background location access is enabled, the App shows a clear in-app disclosure that explains (a) what location data is collected, (b) that collection continues while the App is closed or not in use, and (c) the feature it enables. Background location is requested only after you affirmatively agree. Location data is transmitted to your employing Garage's server and is used solely for work-activity purposes. It is not sold and not shared with third parties for advertising.
Office and administrative users — and any use outside active field-technician tracking — access location only while the App is in use (for example, to geo-tag a time-clock entry or view the jobs map). You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, or choose "While using the app" instead of "Allow all the time"; some features (such as continuous route tracking and geo-tagged attendance) may then be unavailable.
The App requests access to your camera and media only when you choose to capture or attach a photo or document. These files are uploaded to your Garage's workspace and used solely for the work record you attach them to.
We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract, strictly to operate the App:
Your location and other work data are also made available to the Garage that employs you, which is the intended recipient of that operational data. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS. We apply access controls, tenant isolation, and other technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App to your Garage, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Operational records (including location and attendance history) may be retained by your Garage according to its own policies.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Because the App is provided to you through your employer, some requests may need to be directed to your Garage. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data that we control, contact us at admin@autopia-cloud.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
The App is a workplace tool intended solely for authorized adult employees. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect data from, children.
Autopia Cloud is based in Israel, and data may be processed in Israel and in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through the App.
